Dodge n’ Dirt Terms and Conditions

1.         Introduction of services by the Supplier to

In this Service Agreement “Agreement”, “you” and ““your” refer to each “customer.” Including each (agent) you designate to act on your behalf. “Dodge n’ Dirt LLC” herein shall refer to Dodge n’ Dirt LLC, its members, managers, and employees. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. Dodge n’ Dirt LLC will not accept a job without a written agreement. By using our service, you agree to the terms of this agreement, without modification to you.

 

2.         Preparing Your Vehicle

Being a mobile detailing company means we come to you expecting the following: Ample amount of space to perform our services, permission to be on the premises (whether a home, garage, parking lot, etc.), and a safe location. Here at Dodge n’ Dirt LLC we do not perform any services in the street

 

Prior to our arrival, please double check and empty any compartments for personal items such as jewelry, cash, wallets, shopping bags, etc. If there is any area you would like not to be cleaned for any reason, please let us know once we arrive on site. If you happen to leave/forget any personal items in the vehicle don’t worry we will bag those up for you and return them to you at the completion of our services.

 

Due to child safety and the importance of it, we at Dodge n’ Dirt LLC will not remove and/or reinstall car seats under any circumstance! Therefore, we ask our clients to remove any car/booster seats before our arrival. Should there be a car/booster seat left in the vehicle we will do our best to clean around the car seat, but we can not promise our normal rate of cleanliness.

3.         What services Dodge n’ Dirt does not do

-Removal of the spare tire

-Pressure washing of the engines

-Pulling out of any seats

-As mentioned above: The removal/reinstalling of car seats

-Disconnecting of the vehicle’s batteries

-Removal/installing of custom equipment (seat covers, subs, light bars, pet protectors, trailer hitches). Please remove beforehand if you would like us to clean under them

 

4.         Determining Cost of Your Auto Detailing Package

We reserve the right to adjust any over-the-phone or web cost or time estimates after we have in person inspected your vehicle due to type of vehicle and its condition. We can not guarantee the complete restoration of a vehicle to any new conditions, but we will do our very best to restore vehicle to the best condition possible. Some upholstery/carpets are beyond cleaning and are permanently stained. During initial walk through we will be able to discuss with you what we can or can not to for your vehicle. If for any reason after the completion of our services you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours or if client is not there during the conclusion of services, Dodge n’ Dirt LLC cannot be held liable.

A minimum 10% surcharge will be applied to all jobs requiring the removal of excessive pet hair, sand, urine, vomit, feces, hazardous material, and/or blood.

5.         Fees, Terms of Service, and Payment

The fee for our services to be performed on your vehicle are indicted as total cost on the agreed upon service order (invoice). Please understand that the time estimate given to you is just an estimate and can decrease or increase depending on the condition of the vehicle. If you have any special request or information about your vehicle, let us know during the writing up of your service order (invoice). There is a 50% deposit required at the time of booking to reserve the time and date of your booking. The remaining balance is due at completion of appointment. We accept cash, major credit cards, Cash App, and Venmo.

 

6.         Cancellations and Refunds                

Services by Dodge n’ Dirt LLC are booked by appointment only; therefore we require the 50% initial non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the agreed upon appointment date/time are subject to a $40 cancellation fee, which will be taken out of the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed upon appointment will forfeit the entire deposit.

Clients can reschedule their appointments at no additional cost but note that full payment is due at time of rescheduling.

Dodge n’ Dirt LLC also reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to changes in weather conditions (rain, hail, thunder, etc.) without penalty to the company. We will do our best to notify clients ahead of time as much as we can.

7.         Damage or Loss

Dodge n’ Dirt LLC shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, special, incidental or punitive damages under any circumstance.

Dodge n’ Dirt LLC shall not be liable for loss or damage due to gradual deterioration of the vehicle due to exposure to the elements, nor for loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by terrorist acts, invasion, insurrection, riot, civil war, or by military or by order of any government or governmental authority or any other circumstances beyond Dodge n’ Dirt LLC control.

 

8.         Photographs and Video

Dodge n’ Dirt LLC has your permission to take before and after pictures and/or videos for marketing purposes. These pictures and/or videos will never be sold or given to third parties. We will also make sure to remove/cover license plates and leave out any address/home identifiers in backgrounds.
